Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and UPS COD Money Order only.
No order below $10.00 will be accepted. Orders under $10.00 will incur a $5 processing fee. The customer assumes liability for all freight and insurance charges.
Some items may not be in stock when an order is placed. If there in an item on backorder, we will not charge you for the item until it ships from our warehouse.
Canceling / Changing Order(s)

Markang Packaging & Imports is required to charge sales tax in the state of Illinois. If you wish to file for tax exempt status, you will need to fax a copy of your tax certificate to (847) 933-1295.
Volume Pricing / Quantity Quotes

Please allow between 2-8 weeks delivery for some custom orders depending on quantity and complexity of the product. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
Shipping / Delivery / Pickup - Will Call
Markang Packaging & Imports will ship most orders UPS. Merchandise not shipped by UPS due to oversize or weight limits will be shipped by a common carrier. Please specify if you need inside delivery or special services when using a common carrier. If there are no special instructions prior to delivery, there will be additional charges from the carrier.
Freight charges will be added to your invoice. We strive to find the best rates for our customers when using a common carrier.
Most orders ship within 24 hours from receipt of order. Most orders will be received in 2-5 business days.
Tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.
Please indicate if rush shipment is needed. UPS Air, Next Day, or 2nd Day is available.

Creating an Account / Accessing Account
You will need to create an account to place your order online.
Changing Account Information
- Your first and last name, username, email address and password will be required to create an account.
- Account information will remain confidential and you can rest assured that your order with us will be secure.

You can change your account information by logging in to your account. From there, you can change your email address, password and the billing and shipping addresses in your Address Book.
- You can change your password by logging into your account and selecting “change password”.
- If you forgot your password, simply enter your user ID on the login page and a new password will be sent to the email address on file.
Return & Exchange Policies
Call 1-800-943-4224 to receive a return authorization number within 30 days and a customer service representative will be able to assist you on your return. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled or returned orders.
When returning a product, please know that every item must be returned in their original condition, and packaging, within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Custom-made merchandise cannot be returned. Packages will be refused if returned C.O.D., or without Return Authorization Number.
For exchanges on defective merchandise, customers must notify us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Once we receive any defective merchandise, we will inspect all items and send a new product without any additional shipping charges.
